Quotations & Orders
All quotations provided are valid for a limited time as mentioned.
Orders are confirmed only after written confirmation and agreed payment terms.
Product specifications, quantities, and packaging must be clearly confirmed before production.
Pricing & Payment Terms
Prices are based on agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.).
Payment terms generally include Advance TT, LC (Letter of Credit), or mutually agreed terms.
Production begins only after receipt of agreed advance payment or LC confirmation.
Production & Delivery
Production timelines depend on product type and order quantity.
Estimated dispatch timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.
Zenexa Exports is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, shipping lines, or force majeure events.
Quality Assurance
We work with verified manufacturers and conduct strict quality checks. Buyers are encouraged to request pre-shipment inspection if required.
Returns & Claims
Any quality-related claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving goods.
Claims must be supported with proper documentation and evidence.
Solutions will be discussed mutually as per agreed contract terms.
Limitation of Liability
Zenexa Exports shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of supplied products beyond agreed contractual obligations.
